Privacy and children's data
Eurekami is used by children, so we collect as little as we can and never sell or share personal data for advertising.
What we collect
- Parents, teachers and students 13 and over: name, email address and a password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Children under 13: a nickname, grade, username and PIN, created by their parent or teacher. No email address is needed.
- Learning activity: answers, time spent and progress, so practice can adapt.
What we don't do
- No advertising and no third-party trackers
- No selling or renting of personal data
- No child photos or voice recordings sent to third parties
Voice and photos
Speech and homework photos are processed on Eurekami's own servers and deleted as soon as they have been read.
The AI tutor
When the tutor needs an AI model, we send the question, the working and the child's age band only. Names and contact details are removed first.
Weekly reports
The weekly summary (your child's nickname, minutes, questions and one thing to practice) goes to the parent's email. If a parent chooses to connect Telegram, the same summary is also sent to that parent's own Telegram chat. Either can be switched off at any time from the dashboard, or in Telegram by sending /stop.
Your choices
Parents can view, download or delete their child's data from their dashboard at any time. Teachers can remove students they created. To ask anything about privacy, email us using the address on our contact details.
