Can't find what you need? Email us and a person will reply. hello [at] eurekami.com
What ages is Eurekami for?
Ages 5 to 18, from kindergarten or reception through to the end of high school or sixth form.
Which subjects are covered?
Math, English (including grammar, reading and writing) and science, from first plants and animals to GCSE and high-school biology, chemistry and physics.
Which curriculum does Eurekami follow?
The skill map has over 2,000 skills aligned to the Common Core and the Next Generation Science Standards in the US, and to England's National Curriculum and GCSE (9–1) content in the UK. Eurekami is independent and not endorsed by any of these bodies.
How does the placement test work?
Each subject starts with a short placement test of 10 to 30 questions. It begins a little below your child's grade, gives one try per question with no hints, and steps back to easier skills after a miss to find what is really missing. There is no pass or fail: it only decides where practice starts.
Which languages can my child learn in?
English and Spanish. More languages will follow.
Is everything available in Spanish?
Yes. The website, lessons, hints, the tutor and the weekly report all work in Spanish, and every lesson has a Spanish narrator. You can switch language at the top of any page or in your account settings.
Does the AI tutor just give the answer?
No. It asks guiding questions and only shows a full worked answer after your child has had a real try.
How do you stop the AI making mistakes?
Every answer is calculated by a math engine first, and every number in a tutor reply is checked against it before your child sees it.
Does it work on phones, tablets and Chromebooks?
Yes. Eurekami runs in the web browser, so it works on laptops, Chromebooks, tablets and phones with nothing to install. Snap is easiest on a phone or tablet because the camera opens straight away.
Is there a free plan, and what's in it?
Yes. The free plan includes the placement test and skill map, 5 practice questions a day, 3 tutor helps a day and the parent dashboard. No card is needed to start.
Can siblings share one account?
Yes. One family account holds up to three children, each with their own profile, placement test and skill map. One Plus plan covers all three.
Do children need an email address?
Not under 13. A parent or teacher creates their profile, and they sign in with a username and a 4-digit PIN.
What happens to my child's data?
We store a nickname, grade and learning progress. We don't show ads or use trackers, and you can download or delete everything at any time.
Is it free for teachers and tutors?
Yes, teacher and tutor accounts are free during early access.
How do teachers add a class?
Create a class with a name and a grade, then share its join code or print QR login cards. Students 13 and over join with their own account; for younger students you create profiles with a username and a 4-digit PIN.
Does Eurekami replace a human tutor or school?
No. It gives steady daily practice and help at the moment a child is stuck, and shows you exactly where the gaps are. A teacher or tutor who knows your child is still the best person to act on that, and Eurekami is built to support them.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plus stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and your child keeps their free account.
